• Chili’s: Many restaurants offer a 10% discount for diners 55-plus on every weekday. But some menu items may be excluded.
• Arby’s: Arby’s offers seniors 55 and up a 10% discount on their order many locations throw in a free drink. 
• Outback Steakhouse: AARP members over age 55 who dine at this Aussie-themed restaurant can get up to 10% off their entire bill. 
• Denny’s: Has a 55+ menu available at most locations which features smaller portions for smaller appetites at lower prices.
• Hardee’s: Many Hardee’s restaurant branches offer a senior discount of 10% off meals and drinks are sold for 33 cents.
• Dairy Queen: Senior citizens dining at participating branches get a 10% discount.

Retailers’ Discounts

• Michael’s: Seniors ages 55 and up can sign up for senior discounts and get 10% off all purchases—including sale items.
• Walgreens: On every first Tuesday of the month, seniors 55 and older get 20% off in-store and online purchases—on regular-price items. But you must be a member of the myWalgreens rewards program
• Ross Dress for Less: The store offers a 10% discount every Tuesday for seniors aged 55 and over. But you might need to show ID.
• JOANN: JOANN Senior Discount Day happens a few times annually, and seniors above 55 enjoy a 20% discount.
• Goodwill: Most shops offer a weekly senior discount day, and discounts vary from 10% to 25%. Ask your local store for specifics.
• Red, White, and Blue Thrift Store: Wednesday is Senior Citizens Appreciation Day at this thrift store. Seniors 55 years and older get 50% off shoes, clothing, and other departments.
• Pep Boys: You need a valid ID to show you’re 55 or older to get 10% off in-store purchases on any day.

• Caesar’s: This popular hotel offers great discounts to people 50 years and up. Enjoy up to 30% off room rates, but you must verify your age and identity when booking online. Choose “Senior (50+) Rates” to get started.
• Extended Stay America: You can call 800-804-3724 or select “Senior Discount” to book to get the senior discount rate. We recommend signing up for the chain’s loyalty program to get discounts at restaurants,  retail stores, car rental companies, and more.
• Omni: This hotel chain offers special rates for travelers 55-plus. To get the discount, select the “Senior Rates” when booking. You can save even more if you prepay your room.

Airline and Cruise Discounts

• British Airways: AARP members get $65 off for standard or premium economy class, and $200 off for business class. There are no discounts for basic economy class.
• Carnival Cruise: Provides discounted fares for passengers age 55 and older. Visit Carnival’s “Cruise Deals for Seniors” webpage to see the available discounted trips. 
• Royal Caribbean: offers reduced prices on selected sailings to guests 55 years and older.

• Verizon: Get the Verizon 55+ Unlimited Plan and enjoy unlimited calls, texts, and data for up to two lines. Unlimited talk, text and data for up Consumer Cellular: AARP members get a 5% discount on monthly services and a 30% discount on eligible accessories.
• AT&T: Florida residents aged 55-plus can get 2 lines with unlimited talk, text, and data for $40 month/line.
• T-Mobile: Seniors 55 and up can choose from an array of discounted phone plans. Enjoy unlimited Talk, Text and high speed data on the network.

• Hertz: This international car rental company gives discounts to seniors who are at least 50 years old. you may get up to 20% off your next rental. You can save up to 20% off base rates when booking online.
